and behavioral interventions, healthcare delivery, and implementation science.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333;background:white"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333;background:white">This “Modular R01” mechanism supports diverse research topics and scientific challenges in the population sciences that lend themselves to a shorter time span and reduced budget</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;background:white">,
but require more than the two years allowed under the R21 or R03 mechanisms.<span style="color:#333333">
