Allison Sekuler and Patrick Bennett seek a postdoctoral fellow with expertise in electroencephalography (EEG) for the Vision and Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada).</span></font></p><p><font face="UICTFontTextStyleBody"><span style="font-size: 23px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: none; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">This is a one-year initial appointment (renewable pending funding) starting ASAP (negotiable). You have EEG experience, and strong quantitative, statistical, and coding skills. You also have excellent experimental design and communication skills. We welcome, but do not require, experience with eye-tracking systems, AR/VR, AI/machine learning, and previous experience working with special populations, including older adults.</span></font></p><p><font face="UICTFontTextStyleBody"><span style="font-size: 23px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: none; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">You love working in team environments, and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students. Your primary research will be in McMaster's Department of Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour, but we conduct regular research activities at the Rotman Research Institute, Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care (Toronto) as well, providing access to patient populations, such as individuals with dementia.
