of Aaron Clarke on Saturday 24 November 2018. <br>

<font face="Calibri">Aaron completed his undergraduate studies at
the University of Toronto where he did his thesis with Allison
Sekuler and Pat Bennett, and continued to work with them as a
researc</font><font face="Calibri">h assistant when they moved to
McMaster. Following his Masters with James Elder at the Centre for
Vision Research at York University in Toronto, he completed his
PhD studies with Stéphane Rainville at North Dakota State
University in 2010. After a post-doc with Michael Herzog at the
Brain Mind Institute at the École Polytechnique Féderale de
Lausanne, Switzerland, Aaron took up an assistant professorship in
the psychology department of
<a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://aaron.clarke.bilkent.edu.tr/"> Bilkent University</a>
in Turkey. He then left university life to join Magic Leap, the
virtual reality company in Florida, as a senior scientist.<br>
<br>
He will be missed by everyone that knew him and whose life he
touched: especially his family and friends. Some of us will
remember him for his crazy, enthusiastic and impressive dancing
style as well as his imaginative contributions to vision science

<p><i>Our deepest sympathy to the Reverend Michael Clarke, whose
son Aaron died suddenly at his home in Florida on Saturday,
November 24. Please hold Michael and their family in your
prayers as they mourn. </i></p>

<p><i>Michael has been in Florida taking care of his son's affairs
and having returned home is now requesting space to grieve. A
private memorial will be held at St. Stephen's, Hornby.</i></p>
