is a bi-annual international<br>
symposium in the field of image, video, and signal processing and analysis.<br>
<span class="gmail-m_5848061057402823179gmail-il"><span class="gmail-il">ISPA</span></span> <span class="gmail-m_5848061057402823179gmail-il"><span class="gmail-il">2019</span></span> is organized in
cooperation IEEE Signal Processing Society and<br>
IEEE Croatia Section. The scientific program of the symposium consists of<br>
invited lectures, regular papers, and posters. The aim of the symposium is<br>
to foster interaction of researchers and exchange of new ideas. Prospective<br>
authors are invited to submit their manuscripts reporting original work,<br>
and proposals for special sessions.<br>
