<span style="color:black">The fellowship is funded by the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, National Institutes of Health. Applicants must be US citizens or have permanent resident status. Fellows are initially appointed for
one year with a possibility of extending to a second year based on performance. Applications should include a <u>cover letter</u> describing background and training goals, three letters of support (one from the proposed mentor), a curriculum vitae and a research
proposal including Rationale, Aims and Methods (limit to a 3 single-spaced pages including all figures and tables with a list of citations on a separate page). Applicant’s materials should be sent as a single PDF file to Adrian KC Lee, co-Program Director,
