<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium">We would like to solicit submissions for a methods collection issue of JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments) on the topic of “Current Methods in Vision Research”.</p>

<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium">This issue will cover current research methods in all aspects of vision, broadly defined:</p>

<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium"></p>

<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium">* Visual perception and visually guided action in biological systems, including psychophysics, neurophysiology, neuroimaging, and neuropsychology</p>

<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium">* Functional organization of the visual system at all levels, including molecular and cellular biology of the visual system, visual development, histology, and neuroanatomy of the visual system</p>

<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium">* Multisensory processing (i.e., integration of visual information with other sensory information in biological systems)</p>

<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium">* Visual impairment and dysfunction</p>

<p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Times;font-size:medium">* Visual prostheses.</p>
