<p class="MsoNormal">We invite applications for a 3-year full time post-doctoral Research Associate position in the Department of Psychology at Durham University (UK). The successful candidate will join a research project funded by the Leverhulme Trust and
led by Dr Anna Grubert (<a href="https://www.dur.ac.uk/directory/profile/?id=15227">https://www.dur.ac.uk/directory/profile/?id=15227</a>). The project aims at understanding the cognitive and neural underpinnings of memory-guided visual attention.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In this position, you will combine behavioural and electrophysiological (EEG/ERP) measures to investigate the organisational properties of memory-based attentional templates and the time course of template-guided selection. You will have
a purpose-built and fully equipped EEG lab at your disposal to develop and test novel experimental paradigms and use cutting-edge neuroscientific data analysis techniques. Research costs will be fully covered by the grant. You will work alongside a collaborative
and dynamic team addressing complementary research questions. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">You will be expected to have a proven background of theoretical and empirical research on visual selective attention. Methodological experience with EEG and ERPs is desirable.
