a focus on <b>Cognitive Neuroscience of Aging</b> beginning July 1, 2022. We seek applicants who investigate individual differences, as well as diverse populations, in cognitive and neural mechanisms of aging. We are particularly interested in candidates whose
research will benefit from the social, ethnic, and linguistic diversity of Southern California’s aging population.
<span style="background:white">Specific topics of research can address any area of cognitive psychology that will add to or complement our existing
</span>research specializations in perception, action, learning, memory, language, and experience-driven change.<span style="background:white"> We are further interested in candidates whose research includes quantitative methods such as computational neuroscience;
uses neuroimaging methodologies; makes connections between human, animal, and computational perspectives of cognition; and/or makes connections with the Developmental, Social/Personality, and/or Behavioral Neuroscience areas of the Department. </span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
