<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the School of Optometry at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The position is linked to a large-scale research project concerned with the use of non-invasive

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Techniques involved in the project include
<b>visual psychophysics, perceptual learning, non-invasive brain stimulation, EEG and fMRI.
</b>The work is primarily based in the lab of Allen Cheong, with close collaboration with Ben Thompson at University of Waterloo (primarily on non-invasive brain stimulation), Sing-Hang Cheung and Dorita Chang at University of Hong Kong (primarily on brain-imaging
research).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in any of these areas (visual psychophysics, EEG, fMRI) is required, but skill in any two would be even more helpful. Experience with MATLAB/Python programming is highly preferable.
