Over the past two years the corona virus seems to take summer holiday breaks, so let’s hope the newest variants uphold this tradition. </div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class="">The VSAC is traditionally a satellite symposium of the European Conference on Visual Perception (<a href="https://2022.ecvp.eu" class="">ECVP</a>). This edition is no exception but they will be organised in different cities: VSAC in Amsterdam and ECVP in Nijmegen (76 minutes train ride from Amsterdam).</div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class="">As in previous years, we welcome novel work in the fields of visual art, perception & art, empirical aesthetics, vision related art history, philosophy of art and vision, computer graphics and art. We also look forward to new fields such as digital art history, generative art and virtual experiences but also to see new connections, for example with art reproduction or art conservation studies. </div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class="">We invite symposium and tutorial proposals to be submitted until 1st of March 2022. On the website <a href="https://vsac2022.tudelft.nl" class="">https://vsac2022.tudelft.nl</a> you can find more information about this call and please contact us if you have further questions. Normal abstract submissions will open at 1st of April and close on the 1st of May. </div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class="">We can’t wait to discuss art & vision science in person, meet new people, get exposed to new ideas, disciplines and art. But we also can’t wait to see old friends, and some old art ;). So let’s hope for the best, we will keep you updated and feel free to reach out with questions or ideas. </div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class="">On behalf of the organising committee,</div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class="">Maarten Wijntjes</div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div></div></body></html>
