It publishes visualized experiments and is indexed in several major databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, and Web of Science.</span> The myopia methods collection special issue in JOVE is aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of experimental and clinical methods in myopia research. To start the submission process, authors can either submit an abstract (<a href="https://www.jove.com/methods-collections/submit-an-abstract?collection_id=1424" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(41, 209, 255);">https://www.jove.com/methods-collections/submit-an-abstract?collection_id=1424</a>) or a full-text manuscript (<a href="https://www.editorialmanager.com/jove/default1.aspx" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(41, 209, 255);">https://www.editorialmanager.com/jove/default1.aspx</a>). If the authors submit only an abstract, the Editorial team will first evaluate the relevance of the abstract to the special issue and then invite the authors to submit a full-text manuscript, which will undergo a peer-review process. Upon acceptance of the manuscript, the journal production team will generate a script, schedule a filming date within 4-8 weeks, and send a videographer to the authors’ site to film the procedure.
