efficient storage and exchange of models.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The <a href="https://alleninstitute.github.io/bmtk/">Brain Modeling ToolKit (BMTK)</a> – a Python-based software package for building and simulating large-scale neural network
