<p class="MsoNormal">There are two possible performance bands the candidate can be hired under: ZP-3 or ZP-4. The duties for each are as follows:

<p class="MsoNormal">ZP-3 </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The candidate selected as part of a team, will perform biometric technology research and develop software. Duties will include providing input on experiment design, developing testing software, executing the experiments, establishing performance
metrics, and developing software that makes processes and reporting automated and repeatable. This position will develop technical reports for publication and presentation of research results.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">ZP-4</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The candidate selected will perform research and lead development of software for biometric technologies. Duties will include leading projects, designing experiments, developing testing software, executing the experiments, establishing
performance metrics, and developing software that makes processes and reporting automated and repeatable. This position will develop technical reports for publication and presentation of research results and provide subject matter expertise to sponsors and
the biometrics community.</p>
