<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif" class="ContentPasted0">Two full-time Postdoctoral Fellowship positions are available in the Clinical and Translational Imaging Unit, located within the Intramural Research Program of the National Eye Institute,
National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland, USA, to study the cellular manifestation of retinal diseases. The lab has developed advanced optical instrumentation for imaging the photoreceptor-retinal pigment epithelium-choriocapillaris complex
in the NEI Eye Clinic using adaptive optics, fluorescence microscopy, optical coherence tomography, and other techniques.<o:p class="ContentPasted0"> </o:p></span></p>

and translational applications in the NEI Eye Clinic. The NEI eye clinic has a unique clinical research environment with a diverse patient population. Alongside clinical studies, we are also interested in carrying out translational imaging experiments using
cultured cells and mouse models of disease. have: (1) a recent PhD in advanced optical microscopy, engineering, biophysics, biology, vision science, computer science, or related discipline, (2) strong experience with one or more of the skillsets listed above, and (3) ability to conduct research independently
