Our ongoing work concerns the psychophysics, neural basis and theory of visual perception and consciousness with special interest on predictive processing. The advertised position is related to and financed by a Templeton Foundation grant, entitled “<i>Accelerating research on consciousness: An adversarial collaboration to test contrasting predictions of the Integrated Information Theory and Predictive Processing accounts of consciousness” (<a href="https://www.templetonworldcharity.org/projects-database/0646" style="color: purple;">https://www.templetonworldcharity.org/projects-database/0646</a>).</i> The project is part of a large international network, including teams from the AU, USA, GB and NL.
