by competitive stipends. This year the stipend is $32,000 plus a tuition waiver. Applicants must meet all requirements of Rice University.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

in transportation (e.g., manual and automated driving) and health care (e.g., minimally-invasive surgery, patient safety, nursing). Her laboratory facilities include a driving simulator, a virtual reality system that simulates moving objects in both visual
