<p>The <b>VOTS2023 GenArt challenge</b> is a fun accompanying
challenge to the VOTS2023 tracking challenges! Use generative art
models to create images or video containing the VOTS2023 logo, or
variations of it. The weirder and more innovative, the better!<br>

<p><b>Note:</b> Only 2 days left to participate. Submit your art and
win the prize! <br>
