The first makes it easier for lab heads to find talented junior researchers to join their labs. Specifically, lab heads can now add an information session where prospective candidates can attend and discuss various topics related to the lab of interest. </span></p>

philanthropists/investors around the world. This feature is designed to help labs struggling to secure funding in more traditional ways.</span></p>
