AVA awards, normally every two years, a medal recognizing the achievements of
an outstanding vision scientist in the early part of their research career. The
award is called the David Marr Medal, in memory of one of Britain's most
distinguished vision researchers. This notice is a call for nominations for the

from any country are eligible as long as they can demonstrate a significant
link to UK research, and who completed their PhD no more than 10 years ago*.
More precisely: for the 2025 award, nominees should have submitted their PhD on
or after Jan 1st 2015.</span></p>
