A postdoctoral position is now available at the laboratory of MiYoung Kwon (https://express.northeastern.edu/kwonlab/ <https://express.northeastern.edu/kwonlab/>) based in the Department of Psychology at Northeastern University in Boston.

The research project aims to investigate perceptual and cortical changes following vision loss. The research will involve psychophysical, eye tracking, EEG, retinal and brain imaging techniques, and computational investigations in normal and abnormal vision. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D., preferably with a specialization in vision research; proficiency in computer programming (MATLAB/PsychToolBox or Python) and computational/statistical analysis; experience with human visual psychophysics, machine learning, EEG, eye tracking, or fMRI would be a plus.

The position is available immediately. Initial appointment will be for one year, with the possibility of further extensions. Pay will follow the NIH payscale. For more information, contact MiYoung Kwon at m.kwon at northeastern.edu <mailto:m.kwon at northeastern.edu>. Interested applicants should send (in a single PDF file) their CV, a brief statement of research interests, and contact information for 3 references. Consideration of applications will begin immediately and will end when the position is filled.
