Hi Daniel,

you could use package motrack (https://github.com/jirilukavsky/motrack) 
which we use nowadays for generating trajectories.

For Matlab, here is some ancient code that we used in the past (for 
recent MOT, we have Psychopy code that makes MOT experiment simple,  if 
you don't need something fancy).
