***DEADLINES*** 

Conference Registration will CLOSE on August 15th. You will not be able to attend the conference unless you Register through Eventbrite.  Please go to the Registration tab on the Home Page of the website (It costs nothing) or directly at: www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ecvp-2021-registration-149698709871

Urgent: The deadline for submission of proposals for the Showtime! is August 6th. (We will consider proposals received within 24 hours of this deadline).  Go to the "Events" tab on the website for more details.

Conference speakers should ensure that they have read the Instructions for Presenters of Talks that can be found on under the “More” tab of the Home page of the website. Also please encourage your colleagues and co-authors to register to be able to participate in ECVP 2021

Poster presenters should ensure that they have read the Instructions for Poster Presenters that can be found under the “More” tab of the Home page of the website. 

Poster information has now been added to the online programme. Poster tables can be found on each day, and poster timing is available using the abstract search. 

 ***REMINDERS*** 

Please remember that all timing information at ECVP 2021 will be given with reference to UTC+2 (Central European Summer Time, CEST).
A collection of instructions as well as contact email addresses can be found under the "More..." tab. Here, there are also details of the ECVP 2021 OSF Meetings repository. Authors can use this permanent facility to upload material related to their presentations.
