[visionlist] Open seminars to vision community

VisionList would be happy to post announcements of online vision science lectures, either in advance of the presentation, or with a link to a recorded version of the presentation. If there are enough requests, we would create a dedicated page for these listings.
We may also be able to host recorded videos if requested.
