Dear Colleagues,

 

In these particularly challenging times, we all search for new paths to
complete meaningful research and to publish our work. At MDPI, we are
creating novel avenues to provide continuity in publication.

 

We are generating a Special Issue "Immersive Interface Computing and

Technologies: Biomedical or Healthcare Applications", which we feel will be
of interest to you and provide an opportunity to present your results in a
timely manner.

 

The submission deadline is 31 January 2022, and papers maybe submitted
immediately or at any point until 31 January 2022, as papers will be
published on an ongoing basis.

 

The topics of interest include but are not limited to:

 

1) Theory, modeling, and applications of electronics in human-computer
interfacing

2) Electronic circuits to enhance performance in human-computer interaction

3) Measurement and instrumentation in human-computer interaction

4) Immersive user interface for medical applications

5) Human-computer interface using immersive technologies

6) 3D User interface for medical applications

7) Brain-computer interface for medical applications

8) Virtual rehabilitation/healthcare

9) Evaluations of immersive medical application systems

10) Medical education or training system

11) Biomedical signal/image processing for immersive technologies

12) Mathematical modeling

13) Multimodal perception

14) Simulation studies

15) Realtime rendering

16) Human factors for medical applications

17) Eye tracking data analytics and visualization to design biomedical
systems.

Electronics is fully open access. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first
decision provided to authors approximately 16.4 days after submission. An
Article Processing Charge (APC) of 1800 CHF applies to all accepted papers.
It has an IF of 2.412, ranking 125/266 (Q2) in 'Engineering, Electrical &
Electronic' according to JCR report 2020.

issue and introduce your research to the Electronics journal's readers.
