Hello everyone,

We are very pleased to announce that Brain Structure and Function Special Issue, “Structure and Function of the Visual System, part 1” is published now.
https://link.springer.com/journal/429/volumes-and-issues/226-9?utm_source=toc&utm_medium&%23x3D;email&utm_campaign&%23x3D;toc_429_226_9&utm_content&%23x3D;etoc_springer_20211024 <https://link.springer.com/journal/429/volumes-and-issues/226-9?utm_source=toc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=toc_429_226_9&utm_content=etoc_springer_20211024>

Since we have many submissions, we decided to divide the whole special issue into two parts. The 2nd part of the special issue is in the final run, and will be published after completing final decisions on manuscripts under considerations. Please note that we no longer accept new submissions to this special issue. We are confident with a quality of this special issue, which covers a wide range of topics on structure-function relationship in the mammalian visual system.
