[visionlist] Seeking recommendations for blurring filters

Dear Ipek;

I had a project where we needed something similar and to solve it we 
have used a projector. It allows you to regulate the level of blur with 
the hardware itself while you can modify the image with software, as 
well as adjust the size of the projection.
