Assistant Professor of Auditory Neuroscience, Tenure Track<https://apply.interfolio.com/100900>
The Department of Otorhinolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery<https://www.pennmedicine.org/departments-and-centers/otorhinolaryngology> at the Perelman School of Medicine<https://www.pennmedicine.org/> at the University of Pennsylvania<http://upenn.edu/> seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the tenure track<https://apply.interfolio.com/100900>. Expertise is required in the specific area of systems neuroscience with a focus on identifying the neural correlates of hearing function or dysfunction with an emphasis on identifying the causal relationships between neural activity in individual neurons and/or circuits and learning or behavior. Particular areas of interest include computational neuroscience and translational approaches. Applicants must have an M.D. or Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree.
Teaching responsibilities may include training of graduate students and post-doctoral investigators.
