[visionlist] Two Postdoctoral Positions at the University of São Paulo - São Carlos campus

The Institute of Mathematical and Computer Sciences (ICMC) at the
University of São Paulo, São Carlos Campus, is accepting applications for
two (2) postdoctoral positions. The fellow will be under supervision of
Prof. Alexandre Delbem. The fellowships are funded by FAPESP and are valid
for 12 months.

 The candidate will contribute to multiple projects involving remote
sensing data, water modeling, health, agriculture, food, among others.

Candidates must have obtained a doctorate within the last 7 years in the
area of Exact Sciences or related areas. A strong publication record and
previous experience in data engineering, data aggregation, data science,
visualization, multi-criteria decision making, evolutionary algorithms, and
machine learning are highly desirable.

Candidates are expected to work in a highly collaborative and
multidisciplinary environment with other postdoctoral fellows, doctoral and
undergraduate students, as well as faculty members. Analytical,
communication, and writing skills are essential.
