The Lions Vision Research and Rehabilitation Center is inviting applications 
for the position of a Sr. Programmer Analyst to support its sponsored research 
activities. Their primary responsibility is the design and development of 
AR/VR-based software solutions for head-mounted displays using the Unity 
Engine. In addition, the position entails responsibility for both hardware and 
software aspects of the research. On the hardware side, the systems engineer 
will advise the research team regarding acquisition, deployment, maintenance, 
and upgrade of computers, head-mounted displays, and peripherals. On the 
software side, they will take the lead in procuring 3rd party applications; 
designing VR/AR-based research environments; and developing, documenting, 
maintaining and upgrading custom designed systems for vision assessment. 
Several years of relevant experience preferred.
