Dear colleagues,

We are excited to share an update regarding the upcoming European Conference on Visual Perception (ECVP) 2025, which will take place from August 24th to August 28th in Mainz, Germany. ECVP is the largest annual meeting of vision scientists and perceptual psychologists in Europe.

Dedicated colleagues offer a series of engaging pre-conference workshops and warm-ups on Sunday morning and afternoon, ahead of the official start of ECVP on Sunday evening. VSAC
The Visual Science of Art Conference (VSAC) – ECVP's long-standing satellite conference – will take place in Wiesbaden (just a bridge away over the Rhine) directly before ECVP from August 21st to 23rd. More information is available at the VSAC website<https://2025.vsac.eu/>.

MANER-Conference
As a special feature, the Material Appearance Network for Education and Research (MANER) Conference will be held in cooperation with ECVP from August 28th to 29th. Day 1 will be co-located with ECVP, and Day 2 will be held at Fraunhofer IGD on Friday directly after ECVP in Darmstadt (about 40 km from Mainz).
