We would like to remind you that ACM VRST 2025 Poster & Demo submissions are on September 5, 2025 (23:59:59 AoE).

Important Dates

  *   Posters and Demos Due: Friday 5 September 2025
  *   Posters and Demos Author Notification: Friday 12 September 2025
  *   Revised Papers and Posters/Demos recommended from Paper Track Due: Friday 19 September 2025
  *   Final Author Notification for Papers, Posters and Demos: Tuesday 23 September 2025
  *   Camera-Ready Posters and Demos: Friday 26 September 2025
  *   Conference: Wednesday 12 – Friday 14 November 2025 in Montreal, QC, Canada

Format
Poster and Demo submissions do NOT have to be anonymous, and these submissions will be juried by committee members and receive light feedback (up to a few paragraphs in length).

Submission
Please use the Precision Conferences System (PCS<https://new.precisionconference.com/vrst2025>) to submit your work. After clicking the link, please choose “SIGCHI” from the “Society” drop-down list, then “VRST 2025” from the “Conference/Journal” drop-down list.

All accepted posters and demos will be published in the ACM Digital Library in the VRST collection.
