Dear Colleagues,

The *full short paper submission deadline for ETRA 2026 is approaching*.

If you have already submitted a short paper abstract, please remember to
submit the *full manuscript by January 27, 2026*.

*Key Dates (Time Zone: AoE / Anywhere on Earth):*

   -

   *Abstract submission (mandatory): January 20, 2026*
   -

   *Short paper submission: January 27, 2026*
   -

   First round reviews and notifications: March 13, 2026
   -

   Camera-ready deadline: March 30, 2026

Short papers will undergo a single-phase double-blind review process, and
accepted papers will be published in the ETRA 2026 conference proceedings
and included in the ACM Digital Library under ETRA ’26 Short Papers.

Please also note the requirement to include a *2–3 sentence privacy and
ethics statement* addressing potential societal or ethical considerations
related to your work.
