I guess this is somewhat similar to Publon's approach, where you can decide
for yourself whether a journal is potentially trustworthy by looking at
their number of reviewers and endorsers:

However, in their article they also acknowledged that this number-heavy
approach can undermine the legitimacy of new (but reputable)
journals/publishers (such as Cognitive Research: Principles and
Implications, for example). But anyway, one more option on the table.
