[visionlist] Post-doc positions in Pisa and Florence

[Elisa Castaldi]

Two post-doc positions are opening at the University of Florence
(Department of Neuroscience, Psychology, Drugs and Child Health Area,
School of Psychology) and the University of Pisa (Department of
Translational Research on New Technologies in Medicine and Surgery).

The project is a collaboration among Elisa Castaldi, Paola Binda and
Domenica Bueti. It will investigate serial dependence in visual numerosity
and time perception in humans, combining psychophysics, pupillometry and
functional magnetic resonance (7 Tesla).

Data collection will take place both at the University of Florence and at
the University of Pisa.

Candidates are required to have a background in cognitive neuroscience,
experience with programming of experiments (e.g. in Matlab), psychophysical
methods and data analysis.

Start: Before the end of 2023.
Duration: 2 years.
